libpst-devel - Library links and header files for libpst application development

Description:

This package contains the library links and header files you'll need
to develop applications using the libpst shared library. You do not
need to install it if you just want to use the libpst utilities.

Packages

- Rebuild with new libs.
- Drop doc and devel-doc sub-packages.
- Rebuild with Python 3.9.
- Major renaming of sub-packages set.
- Rename main package as pst-utilities to avoid accidental removal
  with rpmorphan.
- Rename libs sub-package as the main subpackage.
