- build: Fix build when google option is disabled.
- build: add conditional for google option.
- Split the google extension in a new sub-package.
- Since most components are now libsoup-3.0, we will exclude Google
Srive support because it requires libsoup-2.4 and this will generate
warnings and failures everywhere.
